Version 3.0.0 of Frigg is scheduled to release in Q1 of 2025

Introduce remaining GitLab functionality into Frigg.

Version 3.0.0 will focus on introducing more GitLab functionality into frigg. After this version releases, Frigg will also be able to manage the following, alongside the features it already includes:

• Sharing Projects and Groups with other Groups
• Push rules

Support of Free and Ultimate plans.

Additionally, we will be introducing support for Free and Ultimate licensed GitLab instances. Currently, Frigg only works correctly for Premium instances. Our initial focus was on Premium licensed instances, but in version 3.0.0 Free and Ultimate licensed instances will be able to be managed just like Premium instances can currently.
